The Expression of CDK6 mRNA in Gastric Cancer

Abstract

Objective To explore the expression of CDK6 mRNA in gastric cancer. Methods The expression of CDK6 mRNA was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR with GAPDH as an internal reference. Results The expression of CDK6 mRNA was 0. 433 ± 0. 468 in gastric cancer tissues and 1. 304 ± 1. 206 in normal adjacent tissues respectively. It was statistically significant between gastric cancer tissues and normal adjacent tissues( P 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of CDK6 mRNA is higher in normal adjacent tissues of gastric cancer than that in cancer tissues.
