Abstract
Objective to study the pharmacokinetic process about the concentration in rabbits plasma of Aminophylline with RP-HPLC method.Methods RP-HPLC analysis was carried out by using Hypersil BDS C18 column (4.6×200mm,5μm) and methanol-water (25:75) as the mobile, and the UV detection wavelength was set at 274nm. Results The pharmacokinetic parameters of Aminophylline in rabbits were as follows: Tmax=(0. 17±0)h,Cmax=(87.068±6.17)μg/ml, t1/2=(4.658±1.587)h, AUC0-∞= (304.931±48.661)μg·h/ml, MRT=(5.877±1.215)h,CL=(0.039±0.006)L/h/kg. Con- clusion of the method was simple, accurate, highly sensitive and reproducible. It was a good reference for pharmacokinetics in rabbits and further for human bodies.
