An Effective Way to Perfect Agricultural Land Property Rights System

The construction of agricultural land property rights system is not only the core content of the land law system,but also the key point for solving the problems of villagers,countryside and agriculture,as well as the core factor for protecting farmers' rights.The relationship of title,use,and circulation in respect of the rural farmland is the framework and the pillar of agricultural land property rights system.This paper points out that scientifically and reasonably dealing with the above relations is an effective way to protect agricultural land property rights,so the main body of rural land collective ownership must be defined,and the nature of real rights of land contractual management right must be ensured.
