Factors affecting on growth and toxin production of Fusarium oxysporum

Abstract

The experimental results showed that PD liquid medium was suitable for growth of F.oxysporum and PSC liquid medium was the best for the production of toxin. The optimum culture condition for growth of F.oxysporum was at 20～30℃, pH6～7,darkness, and toxin production of F.oxysporum was 25～30℃, 15d,light,continuous shock; and pH was no significant effect on production of toxin.
