Research on Characteristics of Yancheng Urban Green Space System Planning

Taking the example of planning on Yancheng green space system,this paper proposes the idea of building five natural reservation areas along the shoreline such as Dafeng elk Nature Reserve,which based on the outstanding situation of protecting the variety of species in Yancheng city,especially rare species and biodiversity of natural ecological systems.Using water as a linkage to the cultural context,green as the carrier,the planning arranged the layout of city's urban green space system adjusting to local conditions,aimed to achieve the landscape framework of City in the water,water in the green,green and water dependencies.Meanwhile,this project wanted to emphasize city's unique features such as the integration of water,green and salt,and distributed these characters into the planning,created a distinctive green space system with the landscape pattern one axis,one center,two loops,two belts,one hundred Parks.
