Abstract
Necessarity of Establishing personal credit system in our country in discussed through analysis of the credit system situation both in China and other developed courtries.Further discussiones on how to establish a perfect and effective credit system such as set-up of administration agency,commercial credit agency,personal code system,presonal financial and assessment system,credit risk shift mechanism as well are also carried out.
