Abstract
The establishment and perfection of personal credit system has played important role in the management of the market economy order and improvement of the market economy system. The personal credit system in America is perfect and the industry of credit information service is prosperous. But in china, the construction of the personal credit system just starts and it is imperfect. So, we should refer to the experience of American Personal credit system to establish our personal credit system.
