On personal credit construction in China

Abstract
The article introduces the concept of personal credit system and points out that the functions of the system need two preconditions:the first is investigation system of personal credit and the second is valuation system of personal credit.On the basis of the above analysis,the article puts forwards several countermeasures to China's personal credit systems.
