Investigation Report on the Mental Health Status of Freshmen in the Higher Vocational College

Abstract

The objective is know the mental health status of college freshmen in three recent years,so that we can take targeted interventions on mental health education.The method is apply University Personality Inventory( UPI) checklist 90( SCL-90) to col- lege freshmen of 2010,2011 and 2012.As a result,UPI shows that 10% of college freshmen are one-level students.We should pay more attention them.SCL-90 shows that more than 10% of college freshmen are positive symptom students.So,psychological health educa- tion should be enhanced.
