Abstract

The paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems in university journals from the nature of the journals and periodical distribution,and several factors such as the periodical management system,quality of editors,journals included in EI and SCI,which have influenced on the university journals are studied.Finally,the paper presents several methods for improving and developing university journals.
