A Brief Talk On Local Legislation At Economic Market Condition

Market economy is the legislative economy. The legislation activities must be strengthened in order to establish the socialist market economy. In China, the legislation activities include not only government’s legislation but also local legislation. Especially during the establishment of current legal system of socialist market economy, it is imperative to strengthen the local legislation and fully exploit the advantage and characteristics of local legislation in consideration of significant difference of economic development levels in different cities in process of reform. Meanwhile, we must highly lay stress on the problems occurred in the local legislation activities and firmly resolve them.
