On the improvements of the economic legislation in China

Abstract
Legislation is the essential prerequisite to amplify the socialist legal system. The economic legislation denies the abuse of the administrative privileges in economy. Great achievements have been made in economic legislation since 1979 to promote the economy much. Managing our country by law, we must pay much attention to the relation between the government's policy and the economic law.
