Abstract
Objective To study infection and resistance to E.coli from clinical chicken of Zhangjiakou area in Hebei province.Methods 9 strains was obtained to inspect serotype and susceptibility test on heart,liver and spleen of the clinical Chicken by bacteriological analysis,on 3 of which drug sensitivity test were done.Results There were O1,O148 and O78 serotypes on E.coli;the similar drug sensitivity was obtained to RA,Polymyxin and cephalosporins;the similar drug resistance to spectinomycin hydrochloride,Hydrochloride spectinomycin,cephalosporins quinoline oxime and amoxicillin(MIC of cephalosporins quinoline oxime and amoxicillin≥512g/L).Conclusion The multi-distribution and widespread drug resistance exist.
