Abstract
In order to understand the drug resistance characters of Escherichia coli in piglets of Jilin Province different area pig farm,K-B method of 22 kinds of drug reagent was used to conduct the drug susceptibility test,Minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) was detected 6 frequently used antibiotic drugs resistant to 40 pathogenic E.coli strains by flat plate two-fold dilution assay. The results showed that different drug resistant level of the 132 strains was displayed. The result of MIC showed the drug resistant rate of 40 pathogenic E.coli strains to 6 drugs ranged from 31.3% to 93.8%.The results were provided theory for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
