Abstract
The cotton seedlings were treated at low temperature of 4℃ and then the ultrastructural changes of their leaf cells were compared under the Trasimission electron microscope. The results are summarized as follows: The chloroplasts have obviously deformed and lots of membranous structures have been formed in the vacuoles. But chondriosomes were relatively stable.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
