Personnel Tactics in Developing Southwest China Frontier in Han Dynasty

Han Dynasty realized the union of southwestern region; hence an important era of developing the region. Frontier officials, as the top management personnel appointed by the royal court of Han Dynasty, made great contribution to coordinating the relationship between the royal government and the frontier ethics in the southwestern region, upholding national unity, stabilizing the frontier situation. Spreading advanced interior culture and technology. This paper is to analyze therefrom the reasonableness of development and application of personnel of southwestern region in Han Dynasty.
