Abstract
The quality of the management is directly relate d to the rise and fall of the nation.Seen From the management of the southwest region,it had shortcomings,but main parts were good.A great deal of officials made great contribution to politics,developing economy,spreading advancedure,coordinating the relationships.The acquisition of these achievements is related to the personnel tactics in southwest region in the Han dynasty.
