Abstract
Objective To study VEGF expression in rat's re tina which injuried by ischemia-reperfusion.Methods The model of rat's retina ischemia-reperfusion was made ,used ISH method to test the VEGFmRNA expression in rat's retina. Results At one hour after ischemia-reperfusion,there was no VEG FmRNA expression in rat's retina, after 12 hours of ischemia-reperfusion,there wa s some VEGFmRNA expressed in retina and reached the hightest level at 48 hours a fter ischemia-reperfusion.Then it began to decrease, but there was VEGFmRNA expre ssion in retina after 72 hours. Conclusion VEGF is very important in rat's retina ischemia-repe rfusion injury.
