Abstract
Purpose To study the NF-кB expression in rat's retina which was injuried by ischemia-reperfusion. Methods The model of rat's retina ischemia-reperfusion was built,and SABC method was used to test the NF-кB expression in rat's retina.Results At one hour after ischemia-reperfusion there was no NF-icB expressed in rat' s retina but after six hours of ischemia-reperfusion,there was some NF-кB experssed in retina, which became more and more,reached the hightest level at twenty four hours after ischemia-reperfusion and then began to decrease,but there was NF-кB expressed in retina after seventy-two hours.Conclusion NF-кB is very important in rat's retina ischemia-reperfusion injury.
