Abstract

This paper introduces the WinCC configuration process of computer monitor and control system in the acrylic fiber production line.Then this article also analyses the communication ways between the WinCC and the PLC,the dynamic diagram of configuration,the trouble alert and the configuration process of trend diagram.Finally, this paper discusses the problems facing in the design and applicati on of the WinCC configuration process and the corresponding ways to solve the problems.
