Abstract
According to the evaporation section in sugar mill,a monitor system which fulfills the process requirement of evaporation section was introduced,and the monitor function is achieved with WinCC configuration technology,field bus technology and PLC technology.This paper studied the methods of designing an industrial automation monitor system with configuration software WinCC and the solutions for problems encountered in this process.
