Abstract

Objective To investigate the comparison on curative effect between magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and diammonium glycyrrhizinate on patients with virus hepatitis. Methods 40 patients were divided into two groups randomly:treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)were treated with routine treatment, and magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate was given once a day in treatment group, diammonium glycyrrhizinate was given once a day in control group.Symptoms, signs and hepatic function were observed.Blood routine examination, urine routine test and kidney function in all patients of two groups were detected before and after treatment, adverse drug reactions were monitored at any time. Results ALT and AST levels in magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate treatment group were lower than that in control group, the difference was significant(P0.01).Conclusions The results suggested that,in treatment of virus hepatitis, magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate appeared to work better in improving symptoms and decreasing enzyme.
