Abstract

Objective To strengthen the of nurse training,and improve the quality of nurse training.Method The management manual of nurse was applied to record and manage the process and examination of nurse training.Result Compared with before,the participation rate and qualified rate of nurse training,as well as the qualified rate of theory examination were increased significantly after the application of management manual of nurse training.Conclusion The application of management manual of nurse can strengthen nurses' training consciousness and improve the quality of nurse training.
