Abstract

Objective:To investigate astragalus extract to the little white rat in vitro the influence of uterine contraction activities.Methods:To physiological saline as a control group,the in vitro organ perfusion method,respectively drop and physiological saline,different concentration astragalus extract(1 g·ml-1,2 g·ml-1,3 g·ml-1),oxytocin each 0.2 ml,observation of mice in vitro uterine contraction activities of the area under the concentration-time curve changes.Results:Drop and physiological saline after the in vitro uterine contraction activities of the influence of the area under the concentration-time curve was not significant,but that drop and astragalus extract(1 g·ml-1,2 g·ml-1,3 g·ml-1),in vitro uterine contraction area under curve significantly increased(P﹤0.05),oxytocin group of uterine contraction curve area increase more significant(P﹤0.01),uterine contraction curve area increase which will have a statistics meaning.Conclusions:Astragalus extract have enhanced in vitro uterine contraction activities of the efficacy.
