Abstract
[Objective]To study the qualities of sleep and life of workers from Chengdu Aircraft Manufacturing Factory and their relationship.[Methods]The PSQI scale and the SF-36 scale were used in the workers from Chengdu Aircraft Manufacturing Factory.[Results]The average score of the quality of sleep in the workers was 4.57±2.74.The bad sleep was attributed to the subjective quality of sleep,sleep disorder,daytime function disorder and the time of falling asleep.The scores of the quality of sleep had a negative correlation with the scores of the domains of the quality of life.[Conclusion]The quality of sleep can influence the quality of life,we can improve the quality of life through improving the quality of sleep.
