Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation training for the functional recovery of acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly 1 One group served as control group given the conventional nursing, while the recovery group was additionaly given the early stage motor function recovery training, including:in bed training, stand up-sit down training, standing training,walk-training. Two group were measured with simple Fugl-Meayr method. Results The neurological function of the two groups was improved at discharge, but the degree in early rehabilitation group was much higher than that of control group(P0.01).Conclusion The result indicated that early rehabilitation training was an important role in function training.
