The Inner Relationship between the Development of Modern States and Politic Party Building:Base on the Study of the Development of China's Political Party Institutions

This paper attempts to explore the inner relationship between political parties and modern states by studying the case of China.It has been a century since China became a modern state marked by the Xinhai Revolution in 1911.In the past century,the choice of the state for the political party and the construction of the party has been a continuous process.The party,as the leader,has governed the building of the modern state,not only in gaining sovereign independence with the revolution,but also in consolidating the construction of the power.At the same time,the difficulties and the transition in building the modern state has tested the leadership and the ruling ability of the party.The state has chosen the party.At the same time,the party has led the modern state.However,it remains a puzzle as to how a party could maintain its leadership and progressiveness for a long period of time.Only when the logic of the constitutional construction of a party is embedded in the logic of the construction of a modern state,could the party serve the modern state better and consequently maintain its long lasting viability and prosperity.
