Study on the Ideas and Tactics of Optimizing and Upgrading Industrial Structure in Southern Jiangsu

The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure advanced in the Eleventh Five-year Programme is one significant strategy for the development of national economy at present and in future.In this paper,it illustrates and analyzes the current situation and key problems of the industrial structure in southern Jiangsu and presents some ideas and tactics which are to plan three major industrial relations as a whole and develop circular economy on a big scale,to push on agricultural modernization and heighten the concentration and cluster benefits,to make information and industrialization promote each other and increase autonomous innovation,to exchange technology with market and develop native enterprises with foreign capital,to guide the direction of foreign investment and cultivate autonomous brands,and to push forward the quick development of the tertiary industry by the way of strategic re-grouping.
