Structural Barriers and Breakthrough Strategies of Development of Cultural Industry Based on Jiangsu Province

The analysis on the structure of Jiangsu cultural industry shows that its total level is mediocre,its contribution to national economy is small,the development in different areas is unbalanced,and the industrial clustering and internationalization is inferior.The largest obstacle is industrial structure due to its non-scientific industrial planning,irrational industrial level,insufficient power in industrial clustering and going globally.Therefore,Jiangsu Province should increase its competitiveness and internationalization of cultural industry as soon as possible,improve policy on cultural industry,establish its development strategy,promote its integration and clustering,and promote its internationalization.
