Construction and Probation on the Cultivation System for Practical-type Talents in Universities

Abstract

To cultivate practical-type of talents is the task of newly-upgraded colleges. This paper analyses the impact of practical-type talents, and bases on this, it probes the construction of its cultivation system on aspects of talent-cultivation plans, system of theoretical courses, system of practical teaching contents, ways of cooperation among the producing, education and research bodies, and processes of cultivation.
