Abstract

Scientific cultivation of talents combines scientific understanding of talents and scientific cultivation,which,in fact,is an application of scientific development in cultivating talents.It is both practical and necessary for colleges and universities to insist on scientific cultivation and construct a complete system that involves all workers and covers the complete process in order to cultivate talents in all aspects.
