Abstract

Cultivation mode for chemical practical talent was explored in the aspects of cultivation goal,training program,teaching system,teaching quality control system and practical teaching management system,to form teaching ideas of cultivation mode of practical talent,and to build teaching contents and curriculum system based on engineering application.It would help improve the capabilities of practical talents cultivation,promote practical talents' all-round development,and cultivate more practical talents for the development.
