Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effectiveness of low molecular weight heparin calcium (LMWHC) in treating the patients with acute cerebral infarction and the influence of it on laboratory indexes. Methods: Eighty one patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly assigned to LMWHC treatment group (41 patients) and routine treatment control group (40 patients). The clinical effectiveness was observed after treatment for 10 days and 30 days, respectively, and laboratory indexes were monitored and analyzed statistically. Results: The improvement of scores of nervous system damage and the changes of hemorheological indexes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group, but the platelet count, the bleeding time and coagulation time had no evident changes. Conclusion: The effectiveness of LMWHC in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction is definite and little adverse reactions occurred. [
