Abstract
The content of ursolic acid in six plants was determined by HPLC.HPLC was carried out on a SymmetryShield RP18 column at 25 ℃ using MeOH-H 2O-H 3PO 4(88:12:0.1)as solvents with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min detected at 210 nm.The linear range of determination were 0.192~3.072 μg,R=0.9999.The mean recovery of 98.12%,RSD 1.7%(n=5) was obtained. The method is sensitive, accurate and reproducible.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
