The Application of Double Using Nagative Pressure Drainage-tube Used in Hepatic Operation

Objective:To investigate the drainage effect between the double using nagative pressure drainage-tube and the traditional single-peritoneal cavity drainage tube in post-hepatic operation.Methods:One-hundred and six patients with hepatic operation between May 2005 to March 2007 were randomly divided into the experimental group(57 cases)and the control group(49 cases).The experimental group used double using nagative pressure drainage-tube,and the control group used the traditional single-peritoneal cavity drainage tube,and the curative effect between the two groups were analyzed.Results:In the experimental group there were in 3 cases the was drainage obstructed and 4 case of subphrenic infection.In the control group,in 12 cases the drainage was obstructed,15 cases having subphrenic infection and collections and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The drainage effect by using the double using nagative pressure drainage-tube was much better than from using the traditional single-peritoneal cavity drainage tube in post hepatic operation.
