Curative Effect Observation of two different flush drainage in Abdominal double casing

Objective: To explore and compare two different tube drainage in the abdominal cavity dual flush after hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery. Methods: 80 cases of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery in patients with external drainage placed randomly divided into control group and observation group 40 cases, the control group received saline flush pipe using intermittent flushing, the observation group received saline uniform drip irrigation tube.Results: The patients postoperative drainage tube plugging rate(7.5%) than the control group(30%), the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).observation group were double casing average retention time(4 days) than the control group(5.0 days),the difference was statistically significant(P0.01). Conclusion: Intraperitoneal double drainage tube flush uniform way is much better than intermittent infusion flush.
