Abstract

Spiritual damage compensation is the means to carry on spiritual conciliation to personal harm. How to grasp the standards and sum of spititual damage is an urgent problem to solve for law circle and juridical practice. The author thinks in the process of confirming the sum of spiritual damage compensation, the first must ensure the scope compensation of spiritual damage, and the next synthetically considers every kinds of factors in the premise of following its basic principles, then ensures the sum.
