Therapeutic observation and nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronicpelvic inflammation

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 120 patients of chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The observation group received comprehensive treatment,including the use of antibiotics treatment,the oral Chinese medicinal,enema and herbal Reyanbao.The control group received antibiotic treatment and general nursing.Changes in symptoms before and after treatment, and prognosis of disease were observed.Results In the observation group,the total clinical efficacy,prognosis of disease are better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive methods of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing guidance can improve the therapeutic effect in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with high safety,less side effects,and good feasibility.
