Clinical observation on treatment of 86 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the integrative medicine

Objective To investigate the combined treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods According to our hospital 172 cases of chronicpelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into western medicine treatment group, Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment group.Western medicine treatment group as control group treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine group, two patients were given treatment, 3-6 treatment, compared two groups of patients withtreatment time, cure rate,recurrence rate. Results The western medicine treatment group cure rate was 20.93%, the total efficiency of 67.44%; integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group, the cure rate was 55.81%, the total efficiency of 96.51%.Conclusion Combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with satisfactory effect, and Western medicine treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, is worth the clinical promotion.
