Observation of Curative Effect of Combined Use of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Diseases

Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of combined use of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods 90 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases were divided randomly into three groups:western medicine group,traditional chinese medicine group and combined use of traditional chinese and western medicine group.30 cases of westernmedicine group accepted ceftriaxone sodium and metronidazole,one time each day.30 cases of traditional chinese medicine group accepted retention enema of sargentgloryvine stem rancidness sauce powder,one time each day.Combined use of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group received acupuncture points treatment based on the above.The curative effect was observed.Results The curative effect of combined use of traditional chinese and western medicine group was much better than that of western medicine group,traditional chinese medicine group(P0.05).Conclusion The treatment program of combined use of traditional chinese and western medicine has satisfacting curative effect to chronic pelvic inflammatory diseases.It has clinical value.
