Abstract

Objective: To compare the effects of S.yunnanensis C.H.Wright and Slavia mitiorrhiza Bunge on hemodynamics in myocardial ischemia rats. Methods: The myocardial ischemia model was established by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD) in rats. Both drugs were injected through femoral vein into the models. Then 1.5 h late, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit(HCT) of red blood cell, the contents of plasma fibrinogen were observed. Results: Both drugs could markedly reduce the whole blood and plasma viscosities under high, middle and low shear rates(P0.01~0.05).With high and middle dose, the drugs could decrease the contents of plasma fibrinogen(P0.01).With high dose, both of them could reduce HCT(P0.01~0.05).Conclusion: S.yunnanensis C.H.Wright can significantly improve the hemodynamics in myocardial ischemia rats.Abstract:Objective:To compare the effects of S.yunnanensis C.H.Wright and Slavia mitiorrhiza Bunge on hemodynamics in myocardial ischemia rats. Methods:The myocardial ischemia model was established by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery(LAD) in rats. Both drugs were injected through femoral vein into the models. Then 1.5 h late, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit(HCT) of red blood cell, the contents of plasma fibrinogen were observed. Results:Both drugs could markedly reduce the whole blood and plasma viscosities under high, middle and low shear rates(P0.01~0.05).With high and middle dose, the drugs could decrease the contents of plasma fibrinogen(P0.01).With high dose, both of them could reduce HCT(P0.01~0.05).Conclusion:S.yunnanensis C.H.Wright can significantly improve the hemodynamics in myocardial ischemia rats.
