Abstract

Objective To study the anti-myocardial ischemia effect of Yixintong.Methods The rat myocardial ischemia model was caused by isoprenaline and the experiment myocardial infraction dogs were used to observe the effect of Yixintong.Blood stasis model was used to observe the effect of Yixintong on blood viscosity and platelet aggregation.Results Yixintong(0.4 g/kg,0.2 g/kg)could decrease ST length and rise serum enzyme(such as AST,CPK and LDH).Yixintong(0.4 g/kg,0.2 g/kg) could also lower the blood viscosity.Yixintong could improve hemorrheologic abnormality and lower the whole blood viscosity.Yixintong could inhibit platelet aggregation of rat.Yixintong could ameliorate the myocardial ischemia degree(Σ-ST) and decrease the myocardial ischemia coverage(N-ST).Yixintong could also decrease the rised serum enzyme(such as AST,CPK and LDH).Conclusions Yixintong had a protective and therapeutic action to the experimental myocardial ischemia.
