Abstract

SWOT analysis method is an often-used strategic planning analysis method in the strategic management and attempts to choose the best method on the basis of the systematical analysis of internal and external business factors.This analysis method is applied in this paper to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Henan higher special education,and supplies a comprehensive evaluation of its strengths,weaknesses and environment factor,thus establishing and promoting the strategy of its development.
