The 17th National People's Congress proposed the strategy of promoting the region coordinated development to speed up the rise vigorously of the Middle-area.Under the development of regional economy strategy,Henan has formed local region logis-tics system with itself characteristics and has become important content to promote the area south of Yellow River area economy.With the development of economy steady progression and the adjustment of government's policies,logistics industrial development prospect of Henan Province is broad.According to concrete logistics condition,the paper analyzes Henan Province own strength-ens,weaknesses as well as challenges and opportunities;Then proposed to develop Henan Province region logistics strategy sug-gestion.
