On the legislative reform of the market access for private economy

While it is urgent to develop private economy since Chinese access to WTO,rules and regulations have been continuously made for the market access of private economy,which brings with opportunities for its further development.However,it is found that the legal environment is inefficient.Consequently,it is argued for the legislative reforms in direct relation to the market access of private economy,reduction of administrative monopoly and pre-access complexities.
