An Analysis on Legal Environment for Development of Private Economy

China's private economy has gone through the tortuous process which is from illegality to legality and from opponents to an important part.But there are still many adverse factors of legal environment and status quo,such as a lack of protection of property rights and the difficulty of market access and financing.So we should response to the status quo to improve the legal environment for the development of the private economy benefits by rationalizing property rights and achieving diversification of property rights;lowering the threshold for market access;broadening the financing channels.
