Legal Environment for Private Economy: Problems and Proposals

For nearly three decades,legal environment of China's private economy has been greatly improved with a series of laws and regulations issued by the central and local governments to protect and encourage the growth of private enterprises.With its leading role in reform and development,Shenzhen made great progress in improving the legal environment for private economy.However,China's private economy is still plagued by problems such as financing difficulties,market access restrictions and unfavorable legal environment.To solve these problems,efforts must be made not only in the fields such as legislation,law enforcement reform to create a more favorable environment,but also in improving supporting policies for industry access,taxation reform,financial management system and strengthening development of private economy.
