Abstract

In order to carry out the goal of innovation-oriented nation by higher education,in higher education China must change the pattern of cultivating talents to cultivate innovative talents.Ahhui Medical University makes the innovative educational philosophy as the guide,the innovative curriculum system as the pillar,the innovative practical teaching as the keystone,the innovative teaching technique as the support,the innovative teachers as the core and the innovative academic culture as the soul,and has initially set up the system of cultivating innovative medical talents,which plays an active role in improving the quality of education and cultivating innovative medical talents.
