Abstract
Development of the society needs innovation which is also in need of innovative talents,and the high education is the main approach to cultivating innovative talents.This paper focuses on the issue of innovative talents cultivation and elaborates on how to help students form innovative thinking,promote innovative spirit,improve innovative ability and achieve innovation from the four aspects: classroom teaching,experiment teaching,practice teaching,and assessment way in teaching.
