Innovation on integration reforms of education & teaching to improve quality of personnel training

In this paper, the innovation on integration reforms of education and teaching is conducted in-depth study and discussion in College of Network Engineering. From the training ideas of innovative engineering personnel training about the integration reforms of education and teaching, the training system of innovative engineering personnel is planned to establish. From the construction of each curriculums, innovative curriculums, innovative bases, practice teaching system, extra-curricular science and technology activities, innovative environment and teacher teams, the research and construction of innovation on integration reforms of education and teaching is conducted in-depth study and discussion, which will make some effects on the innovative engineering personnel training.
